A Trips with Ease SL ("nos") opera o site tripswithease.com e os seus subdominios. Comprometemo-nos a proteger os seus dados pessoais de acordo com o RGPD (UE) 2016/679 e toda a legislacao aplicavel.
Atuamos como marketplace online e intermediario que liga clientes a fornecedores de tours independentes nas Ilhas Baleares. Nao realizamos os tours.

Fornecedores de tours: partilhamos os detalhes relevantes com o fornecedor. Processadores de pagamento: Stripe e/ou PayPal processam o pagamento de forma segura. Nao vendemos os seus dados pessoais a terceiros.

Os seus dados sao processados principalmente no EEE. Transferencias para fora do EEE sao protegidas por Clausulas Contratuais Tipo.

- Booking data: Retained for 5 anos apos a data do tour para fins legais e contabilisticos
- Contact messages: Retained for 2 anos apos a ultima comunicacao
- Analytics data: Retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default)
